Main Body Measurements Chart

(1) Height (Full Body Height)
Measure from the top of the head to the floor without shoes while standing upright.

(2) Waist
Run a flexible tape measure across the narrowest part of the natural waist, keeping the tape horizontally.
* It is very important to measure your anatomic (natural) waist which is just a bit above your belly button.

(3) Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape horizontally.
* The tape should run across the fullest part of your buttocks, your natural hipline.

(4) Knee (Around Knee Circumference)
Measure around the fullest part of your knee with your leg 90 degrees bent.
* It is very important that your leg is 90 degrees bent. You can take this measurement while sitting on a chair.

(5) Outseam
Measure from your natural waistline along the outside seam to the floor while standing upright.

(6) Leg Opening (Leg Opening Circumference)
Take your favourite pants where you like the leg opening and measure the full circumference of one leg opening. You can put your pants on the even surface, flatten the bottom, measure the width of one leg opening, and then multiply it by 2.
* It is very important to take the pants where material does not stretch or stretches very little.
